EUCUSA celebrates its 20th anniversary!

Already in 1997, the scientific research association EUCUSA e.V. was founded in Vienna. At the time, the purpose was to conduct representative consumer surveys and reward particularly customer-friendly companies in Europe with an award each year. The name EUCUSA means „European Customer Satisfaction Association“. As a scientific companion, the Institute for Benchmarking of the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft in Berlin was acquired, with which the EUCUSA methodology was jointly developed.

One year later – in 1998 – the consulting company “EUCUSA Gesellschaft für Mitarbeiter- und Kundenorientierung m.b.H.” was founded. It soon became clear that customer satisfaction is only possible with organizations that actively foster the satisfaction and commitment of their employees. EUCUSA thus specialized in conducting strategic employee and customer surveys as well as accompanying the follow-up processes. The target is the analysis of impact factors such as satisfaction, commitment, loyalty and innovation. Effect levers, hygiene factors and motivators are identified in this way. Existing potential is developedand through empathetic interventions.

In 2013, the sister company EUCUSA Processing GmbH was founded, focusing primarily on digital tools and process development and complementing the service portfolio through printing and logistic services.

In 2015 the Management Consultancy was renamed: „EUCUSA Consulting GmbH“. The new name is more easily understood especially in an international context. Mario Filoxenidis and Peter Aichberger took over the management of EUCUSA Consulting together. So far, more than 1,000 projects have been carried out in more than 50 languages and more than 80 countries.
