Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget SCA (publ) receives EUCUSA Award 2025 for special employee orientation
As part of the 21st EUCUSA Summer Talks on 17.9.2025, the This year's EUCUSA Award awarded (this time virtually, i.e. without the arrival of the prize winners).
This means that regularly particularly employee-oriented or customer-oriented companies honored. The prerequisites for the award are an above-average overall result in an EUCUSA survey and the setting of a new benchmark in the EUCUSA international comparative database or outstanding performance in implementing measures.
This year, the prize was received by Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget SCA (publ) per “excellent employee orientation 2025”. With 78 out of 100 points, the seventh All Employee Survey 2025 (AES) achieved a high overall survey result. SCA achieved three new records in the aspects of “prioritizing health and safety,” “free from all types of sexual harassment,” and “openness to new ideas/recommendations.”
