FAQs

Why conduct an apprentice survey?
Apprentices benefit from the appreciation of being able to give their opinion and from the fact that the work and training situation is improved based on feedback.

Apprentice trainers benefit from knowledge about the hotspots from the apprentice's perspective (strengths experienced and effective improvement potential) in order to implement the right measures.

In employer branding, organizations benefit from the positive multiplication effect of those affected – provided that the apprenticeship survey and follow-up processes are used in the organization accordingly.
How does an apprentice survey work?
1) Analysis & planning: Set kick-off, goals, topic selection, schedule and communication.
2) Setup & questionnaire
: Adaptation to industry/apprenticeships, languages, test run.
3) Implementation
: Online participation via email, SMS or anonymous codes (QR codes).
4) Analysis & Reports: PowerPoint reports with portfolio of actions, strengths & potentials.
5) Presentation & measures
: Outcome workshops, setting priorities, clarifying responsibilities.
6) Follow-up
: Optional support to translate results directly into measures.
How is data protection ensured?
Hosting and development are carried out within the EU. The survey is carried out on our own platform (without the involvement of third parties).

Data processing in accordance with AV contract, data minimization, as well as clear storage and deletion periods.
Is the survey anonymous?
Yes Evaluations are only aggregated and carried out above a defined anonymity limit (usually 5-7 people).

Individual answers are not evaluated and/or passed on. Free texts are bundled in summary views and, if necessary, small groups are brought together.
How long does the project take?
Typically, a survey takes between 4-6 weeks from kick-off to results workshop:

Setup (1-2 weeks)
Field phase (approx. 2-3 weeks)
Analysis & reports (approx. 1 week)

Scope, languages and specific requirements can influence the duration.
What are the results used for?
An apprentice survey serves to further develop education and work environments.
Sector-related potential (support, communication, equipment & process quality) becomes visible, which is supported by appreciative feedback to apprentices and trainers. The strengths of individual trainers and areas can thus be promoted in a targeted manner.
How do I identify strengths and effective improvement potential?
With the EUCUSA portfolio of action you can easily identify aspects that need immediate attention, or strengths that need to be supported.
Who are the services suitable for?
For organizations that want to derive concrete improvements from employee feedback and customer feedback and implement them in a binding manner – from department to location.
