How does E-FEMO ensure data protection & anonymity?
EU hosting without third-party integration, encrypted transmission, defined deletion periods and configurable anonymity limits (e.g. 5-7 answers) ensure that anonymity and data protection are guaranteed. Individual answers are always aggregated, the raw data is stored by EUCUSA and is not passed on.
Can design, questionnaire & workflows be adapted?
Yes E-FEMO helps you create tailor-made questionnaires for you — including scales, question types and questions that suit your company. Our team also creates custom designs, custom URLs, customized email invitations and reports. Custom scopes or areas of your company are mapped precisely for collection and report distribution.
Does E‑FEMO support AI evaluation?
Yes, E-FEMO supports the AI analysis of free texts. We offer topic clustering, topic categorization, sentiment and trend analyses, and textual summaries of survey results.
Which report formats are possible?
By default, we create PPTX reports, PDF reports and XLSX heatmaps — if desired, we also offer custom graphics in the appropriate formats or on the web.
Which integrations are possible?
On request, we offer CSV/xlsx import for inventory data, SSO/AD connection for login, as well as APIs and custom interfaces. This allows you to seamlessly integrate existing systems into your organization.
What are the methods of access to the survey?
E-FEMO offers email accounts, code cards, single-access and multi-access codes as well as classic paper questionnaires — suitable for your target group and your company.
Is a multilingual survey possible?
Yes Our software supports over 50 languages. Translations are adapted to your individual language versions and can be defined in the survey as well as in the reports.
Can existing data be imported?
Yes Inventory data from preliminary surveys can be easily imported to organizational units and target groups. In this way, data from preliminary surveys is not lost and trend links to old projects are made possible.
What does monitoring offer?
Our monitoring provides real-time response rates for all defined areas — including role-based access rights. Custom graphics can also be created that are tailored exactly to your requirements.
How are focus topics and drivers identified?
Various graphics are available in the actionable results reports. With the portfolio of actions (priorities at a glance), quarter graphics and regression analyses, you can easily and easily identify central relationships.
How are measures handled after evaluation?
In the measures dashboard, you can define your own measures and adopt identified fields of action. In addition, suggestions can be made and progress can be reviewed individually.
What options are there for report distribution?
E-FEMO enables the distribution of reports via a secure download center with roles and rights, bulk exports and organization-based deployment (companies, divisions, teams).
Are there surveys also available without consulting?
Yes — For apprentice mirrors and EWOCLASS, it is also possible to use fully automated products. The fully automated products include self-service, car invitations, the entire survey process and instant reports.
