Which technologies & integrations are supported?
We integrate via REST APIs, webhooks, CSV/XLSX imports/exports, SSO/OIDC and provide data models for Power BI/Tableau and more. Feel free to contact us to find out the full range of our solutions.
Who are the services suitable for?
For organizations that want to derive concrete improvements from employee feedback and customer feedback and implement them in a binding manner – from department to location.
How long does a custom project take?
Depending on complexity and structure, different timelines are required. International rollouts often require additional buffers for localization & governance.
Can we use E-FEMO or does Greenfield need it?
Both are possible. We often use e-FEMO modules (survey, reporting, measures) and specifically expand them to include your specific integrations and UIs.
What does the collaboration look like?
We offer advice tailored to your company – with dedicated contacts and predictable processes.
Who owns the IP of individual extensions?
Depending on the project. By default, the IP on the E-FEMO core remains with EUCUSA – but customer-specific modules can be licensed with usage rights for your company.
Can we start small (pilot/MVP)?
Yes. We recommend a functional pilot with clear success criteria. We then scale depending on the project.
