Managers influence the entire system: employee satisfaction, team performance, strategic goals and public image. Our management surveys reveal how leadership works today – and how it can be strengthened in a targeted manner.

Strong leadership has impact in all directions

Strengthen excellent leadership in a targeted manner

Strong leadership increases employee loyalty, motivation, and corporate performance. A professional management survey highlights strengths, highlights areas of development and provides a reliable basis for leadership development and change management.

With the Leadership Excellence Advanced Development Program (L.E.A.D.), which was developed with Mag. Dr. Jörg Krenmayr, we strengthen the personality and impact of managers – where it makes the most sense.

The program makes the decisive factors of effective leadership visible and translates feedback into concrete starting points for modern leadership development.

How can managers be strengthened in a targeted manner?

Effective development starts with clarity: Only when it becomes apparent what a manager is already doing very well and where there is still untapped potential can targeted support be provided. This is exactly where the EUCUSA executive survey comes in.

Through a structured and anonymous survey, you will receive precise management feedback from an employee's perspective. Strengths are confirmed, areas of development are identified – and managers are given a clear basis for increasing their effectiveness.

What a management survey can do:

  • Make individual strengths visible
  • Identify potential for leadership development
  • Derive targeted measures and implement them immediately
  • Improve leadership sustainably and increase impact

Collect feedback on managers and develop competencies – in two easy steps
Step 1: Make leadership visible

L.E.A.D. Tracking: Executive survey as a starting point

As a first step, L.E.A.D. Tracking relies on a standardized management survey. Employees anonymously evaluate their manager and describe how they perceive their behavior in everyday working life.

This creates valuable leadership feedback that makes strengths visible and highlights development potential. Anonymous feedback strengthens employee trust and provides an objective basis for developing leadership skills in a targeted manner.

Executive tracking at a glance:

  • Anonymous feedback from employees
  • Identify a manager's strengths and areas of development
  • Clear database for leadership development and coaching
  • Make leadership skills visible in a systematic and respectful way

Step 2: Strengthen leadership in a targeted manner

L.E.A.D. Development: Advancing managers individually

Based on the feedback, L.E.A.D. development begins. Here, the biggest topics are prioritized and worked on together. The focus is on the personality, individual talents and management style of each individual manager.

Through EUCUSA's appreciative and professionally supervised process, managers learn to use feedback constructively and implement concrete behavioral changes immediately. This creates a deeper understanding of the relationship between characteristics, attitudes, abilities and performance — and personal competence is sustainably strengthened.

What L.E.A.D does:

  • Develop individual strengths
  • Identify blind spots and edit them constructively
  • Derive concrete measures for day-to-day management
  • Sustained increase in leadership competence and effectiveness

FAQs

Is your question not answered here? Then simply and simply get in touch with us.
What is the difference between executive survey, 270° and 360° feedback?
In the management survey, employees provide anonymous feedback about the manager. The perspective of colleagues and supervisors, for example, is supplemented in 270° feedback. 360° feedback includes additional external views.
Who is interviewed and how are target groups defined?
In a management survey, employees typically give their manager feedback. We also include the manager's self-assessment in order to obtain a holistic picture of external and self-perception.
Is the survey anonymous and GDPR-compliant?
Yes Evaluations are only carried out after certain anonymity limits (typically 5-7 people); individual answers are not passed on by EUCUSA. Hosting and development are carried out within the EU, and the survey is carried out on our own platform – without the involvement of third-party providers.
Which content is measured?
The focus is on perceived leadership behavior (e.g. communication & clarity, trust & appreciation, empowerment, orientation & prioritization, feedback & development). In this way, L.E.A.D provides you with concrete information for relevant measures.
How does L.E.A.D. work with EUCUSA?
Our L.E.A.D. Tracking process starts with a structured management survey. Building on this, L.E.A.D. Development deepens the results in workshops/coaching – with clear priorities and feasible measures for targeted leadership development.
How long does a project take to report and take action?
Depending on the number of managers and languages, 4-8 weeks: setup, survey (2-3 weeks), analysis & reports, results workshops. If implemented internationally, the time frame may be correspondingly longer.
Which scales and question types make sense?
A 6-part approval scale for core dimensions, supplemented by focused free texts for targeted development impulses, has proven effective.
How are sensitive comments handled?
Free texts are collected anonymously and only made available to the exclusion of tracing individual persons. Personally attributable content will be removed. We ensure an appreciative presentation and discuss critical points in a moderated and timely manner.
Which reports are created?
We typically prepare one report for each manager, including strengths and areas of development. Optionally, groups of managers can also be evaluated or compared to create an overall picture of managers. Common formats include PPTX/PDF/XLSX reports and web dashboards for an easy overview.
How are measures derived and followed up?
In the results workshop, the focus is on the personality, individual talents and management style of each individual manager. With support, the manager sets goals and priorities – so that personal competence is sustainably strengthened.
How often should you conduct a survey?
We recommend annual execution; in addition, shorter quick checks (e.g. on a quarterly basis) can directly measure the progress of the agreed measures.
What do the costs depend on?
The scope (number of managers, languages), desired set-up and the intensity of support (workshops/coaching). You will receive a transparent, individual cost estimate right from the initial consultation.
