How is anonymity ensured?
Responses are only evaluated in aggregate form. Individual answers are not visible. Evaluations are only carried out after an agreed anonymity limit (typically 5-7 people). Free texts only appear in summary views and can be summarized in a moderated manner.
Is the survey GDPR-compliant and where is data processed?
Yes Processing and hosting are carried out within the EU, without the involvement of third parties. Only project-relevant data with AV contract, defined deletion periods and role-based access rights is processed.
How long does a typical project take?
Usually 6—10 weeks of inculisve planning and setup, field phase (approx. 3-4 weeks), analysis and reports and results workshops. Scope, languages, and locations can influence the duration.
Can we use our own questions, scales, logics?
Yes Questions, scales and logic — surveys and reports are tailored to the needs of our customers.
Is Cooporate design possible?
Yes Questionnaires, invitations/reminders as well as layout and reports can be implemented in the corporate design.
What are the participation options?
Access to surveys is typically sent via personalized links via email or SMS. Anonymous access codes/code cards (QR codes) can also be generated. Open access codes per organizational unit or team are also possible. As an option, questionnaires with scan recording can be used on paper.
How do we achieve high participation rates?
Clear communication, optimized survey interfaces for all devices, multilingual invitations, and the various participation options ensure that everyone in the company can provide their feedback.
Which languages are possible?
Multilingualism is available in over 50 languages and translations can be adapted to customer requirements. We also support RTL writing systems and country-specific special characters.
Which evaluations and formats are created?
Reports in PPTX/PDF/XLSX and interactive web dashboards ensure that the actionable results are easy to record and share.
Are there any benchmarks?
Yes Results can be compared with benchmarks within your own organization or with suitable benchmarks from other companies (adjusted by industry, region, size) in order to assess strengths and potential. We have a large database with millions of records, which we have built up since 1997.
How are measures derived and followed up?
Our actionable results reports provide a good overview of potential measures. In addition, we offer moderated outcome and action workshops and offer structured action tracking with responsibilities, due dates and follow-ups.
What is the minimum group size for evaluations?
By appointment, typically 5-7 participants per evaluation unit to ensure anonymity and confidentiality.
How long is data stored?
By appointment or after 6 months at the latest, all personal data (e.g. email addresses for shipping) will be automatically deleted.
How much does a professional employee survey cost?
The costs depend on scope, languages, locations and desired advice. You will receive a transparent, individual offer right from the initial consultation.
Can we repeat the survey regularly (trend)?
Yes In addition to strategic trend surveys, we are also happy to provide support with shorter quick checks to track measures and trends.
