Director Caroline Brent has been long-time client of EUCUSA in her earlier career. Caroline is an expert in delivery of employee engagement surveys and the explanation and active application of their results. She has deep global knowledge of Employer Branding and in preparing employers and talents for a digital future. Her mission is to use Brent Consultancys unique mix of HR and project management skills, to help the forward thinking companies of today achieve business success via both new digital and other relevant methodologies.
Caroline is also Director of Humdex, a strategic workforce planning company. The aim is to support companies in maximising the value of their people data for strategic workforce planning purposes.
