„In 2021 we implemented our first internal customer survey together with EUCUSA. The survey has been conducted worldwide (12 countries) in 8 languages. By the EUCUSA reports, we received both a high level overview and detailed results of internal customer satisfaction in different business groups, dimensions and locations.
