EUCUSA has been working with a self-developed digital platform called E-FEMO (EUCUSA Feedback Monitor) since 2017. All EUCUSA tools are bundled here: from employee surveys to (internal) customer surveys and feedback on demand to evaluation of psychological stress and 360° feedback. Whether it is about result preparation, report distribution or action controlling with the action tracker – everything runs integrated in a compact software package. This enables EUCUSA to design surveys tailored to our customers.
