Working on Corporate Culture pays off

Welser Profile Group received the EUCUSA Award for excellent employee orientation in September 2019. TRAINING magazin interviewed CEO Thomas Welser.
Welser Profile Group, has more than 2,500 employees worldwide in their production sites and sales offices. The company’s head offices as well as the technology center are based in Ybbsitz, Lower Austria. Welser Profile is still run as a family business. EUCUSA employee surveys are conducted regularly since 2008. The development of the company is clearly visible. A big company-wide Corporate Culture project has started last year.
