„In 2021 we implemented our first internal customer survey together with EUCUSA. The survey has been conducted worldwide (12 countries) in 8 languages. By the EUCUSA reports, we received both a high level overview and detailed results of internal customer satisfaction in different business groups, dimensions and locations. So we have got different views to be able to go deeper. The most important was the „portfolio of action“, which allowed clear statements and was very helpful for interpretation. Also Marias presentation made interpretation of results easier. The cooperation with Mario and Maria worked very well from start, was structered well and expectations on both sides were clear.“
