EUCUSA Awards 2018 go to Raiffeisen-Landesbank Tirol AG and Ernst Winninger GmbH for special employee and customer orientation
During the 16th EUCUSA Summer Talks on 4th of September 2019 in the top floor hall of the Urania in Vienna, this year’s EUCUSA Awards were presented. The awards are regularly presented to particularly employee-oriented or customer-oriented companies. The criteria for the award are an exceptional overall result in an EUCUSA survey, the implementation of a new benchmark in the EUCUSA international reference database as well as an outstanding performance with regard to the implementation of identified measurable actions.
Raiffeisen-Landesbank Tirol AG, based in Innsbruck, received the award for “excellent employee orientation 2018”. Following the initial survey in 2013, the employee survey was repeated in 2017. It was clearly visible that the company had either improved or at least the results could be maintained in all aspects surveyed. The management aspects in particular were given excellent ratings, as was the topic of health promotion. A new record was achieved in the EUCUSA comparative database for “Management Accessibility”. The statement “Our company is on the way to a successful future” achieved an excellent increase with an improvement of 0.6 points on the 6-point scale.
The Ernst Winninger GmbH, leading provider of tailor-made refrigeration and air conditioning solutions with headquarters in Regau, Oberösterreich, was very pleased about the award “excellent customer orientation 2018”. The company was able to set a new benchmark in the international EUCUSA comparison database for 9 of 29 aspects. Best performances could be achieved from customer service including order processing and accounting. Best performances were also achieved for image. Customers attested Winninger top quality, handshake quality, many years of experience as well as competence in assembly and understanding of customer needs.
